I want to play Minecraft on a better computer since my old one is starting to slow down and decided to build one instead. My budget is about $250, any recommendations on what parts to use? The build needs to include everything including windows. I don't mind using Windows 7,I would go for Windows 7 Home Basic though.

Thanks in advance.:)

Of course it works, just not recommended and is illegal and should not be mentioned on this forum.

The build H4X3R sent you uses outdated parts. As someone who plays Minecraft on a regular basis and started on a similar budget, I'll send you a build that should get you a pretty good framerate in a little bit when I am at my desktop.

This is a little bit out of budget, but will be much stronger than an FM1 based A6.

If you find a deal on Genuine Windows 7, go for that. Will shave off some of the total cost.

If you're going for a full build (new case, hard drive etc), I wholeheartedly recommend this but it's quite a bit more.

In the above build, I went with a MUCH stronger CPU, 8 GB of Dual Channel RAM, good Motherboard, solid Hard Drive, pretty good Graphics Card for the price, a great case and reliable Power Supply.

If you need any help at all please feel free to let me know.
