I'm gonna use AMD FX8320 belongs with ASrock Fatal1TY 990FX killer.. Gpu is Sapphire Ati R9 280X Vapor-X..
I'll use my system only for Gaming(like bf4 with ultra res) and watching movies at 1080p(blu-ray)..
BTW I will use Phantom 530 with all fans..

Stock coolers are adequate for stock speeds. If you have good case airflow it should be fine. However, I almost always suggest a low-end aftermarket cooler. If for no other reason the noise. Stock coolers can get pretty loud, especially if gaming. If you don't have AC in the summer and your climate gets hot, you can see some issues at times if you are a gamer.

As mentioned the Cooler Master Evo 212 is a go to cooler for a lot of us. It's cheap and works great. It is a 120mm fan cooler so it's large. Any decent cooler would due though.

The stock cooler on the FX-8320/8350 is really not adequate even in a good airflow case as mentioned above, it's horrible and loud.

even the TX3(EVO or not) is a good cooler for stock speed 8320/8350.

8320 at stock with TX3 is kept cool for me.

Ok so I'm going for Hyper 212X as i found it better than 212 Evo..
I'm gonna make it with push-pull config so i've choosen Corsair SP120 as it's a static pressure fan so should i use it as a puller or as a pusher!?
