How futureproof are r9 270 and fx 8320

i am looking to build a gaming pc. planning on buying a r9 270 , amd fx 8320 .for How long will these be able to play games at 1080p at decent settings

I have both r9 270 and fx 8320, while my r9 270 is being bottlenecked in bf4(maybe cause of poorly optimised game), but still gives pretty good performance in bf4. Averaging about 61 fps on high settings with x2 aa. I would personally go with
r9 280x if I get a chance now instead of r9 270.
