First time poster here with my first build, the problem im having is my motherboard is only showing half of the RAM i have installed. Ive tried moving the RAM around to all the slots with the same results. Tried each stick by itself, they both boot so RAM sticks are good. The bios shows 4gigs ram, but when i check the slots in bios it shows both sticks. I don't know if im missing something in bios setup or what. Also windows is showing showing 8gigs ram (3.89gigs usable). I have checked and max memeory is cleared . Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance!

Im not saying your answer is incorrect, the only reason I said i would go to asus customer support is to make sure my mobo is not defective, should have said that, sorry about that Stacks
