About internet connectivity: New modem, but still getting very sporadic severe drops in connectivity. Wireless connection speeds are usually 20 ms ping, 35 mbps down, 4 up. Throughout random parts of the day, speeds will drop to over 1500 ms ping, .05 mbps down, .15 up. I've called ISP plenty of times, and they always say there's nothing wrong with the connection to them, and they just send a tech guy to replace the modem, but the problems still occur.
*Also, I've bypassed the router and connected it directly to the modem, I still get the same results.
