So I'm upgrading my rig in a month or so, and looking over my PSU that I just got.. Would a 530w be able to power a GTX660OC and a FX-8350? Or do I have to get a more powerful PSU?
Nope, you got yourself an exploding potato. Well close to one. Get a new psu, I can recommend you one if you want.

Also there is almost no point to getting the 8350 over the 8320 since they are the exact same with the 8350 coming with a stock overclock.
That's cutting it close. If its a decent brand power supply with the right connectors then my vote is yes, it should be okay. (decent brand=Corsair, Seasonic, Thermaltake(in some cases))
