my friend is going to build a new pc and he would want to know if the set up is good???
I want to what changes you would make???
what could he do for better price but still good performance and anything else you would want to change???

Unless someone else sees something I don't, I'd say that's a really nice build. Should do what you want it to do, and quite well.

Everything is great but you might want to go up to 16 gigs of RAM because he will be gaming, video editing, and recording. Does he know that he can use shadow play with most nvidia cards? I put in a new mobo and some more RAM. I also managed to make the colors of the RAM line up a little bit more with the mobo. Sorry for the sheer craziness of the RAM.

If he's already over £200 then the 8 GB kit will be fine for now, you can get an identical kit in the future if you really want 16 GB of RAM.
