Multiple internet connection (WiFi or by cable)

I have a cable broadband and it has a rj45 connector and it is directly connecting to my desktop without any modem, It is a white cable maybe twisted pair, so how can i divide this cable and i run it into two computers ??

it does not have any other ethernet ports on it?
If it does not have any other eithernet ports on the device, then you purchase an eithernet switch for about $20 with 4 or 8 additional ports.

Most cable modems and dsl modems that you get from the cable company or dsl provider, come with a router built-into the same device, and many also have a wireless access point built into the device also.

If your current device only has one RJ-45 port on the back, it is almost certainly just a modem. Using just a switch and multiple devices will not work.
You need an actual router to serve up multiple internal LAN IP addresses.
