This is about 800 CAD. If its possible, can you reduce it down to 700 or 600 if possible while keeping the same case?

I wouldn't go any lower than this, especially if you're planning on any multiplayer games:

If you don't mind to get the AMD GPU, then get the R7 260X that should be same as gtx750ti. http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/geforce-gtx-750-ti-review,3750.html Also add $3 more you can get the 1TB HDD, why not.

A-Data is good. Not the best, but reliable.

The Corsair CX430 just doesn't quite sit well with me due to its capacitors. It's an okay PSU but I would recommend this for $10 more if you can afford it.

The build that HiTechObsessed posted is about as far as you can stretch it if you're going to play fast paced games.

For the non power-hungry GPU, the CX 430 will do the good job, I put one cx430 in my HTPC (Q6600, 8GB, HD6670) for while now. But the xfx will be the better one, also you have room for upgrating the GPU later too.
