Computer scrolls to bottom of page.

My computer scrolls down to the bottom of the page and the arrow keys will not keep it in place. I have done a hard recovery, installed all updates, uninstalled the touch pad software and purchased a new mouse. Prior to doing all of this, in control panel, device manager, mouse properties, buttons, the device would flip from Synaptics Pointing Device to Other Pointing Devices.

Sounds like the keyboard has something stuck under one of the keys, and my guess is End or PgDn. Or the key itself is partially pushed down and not 'noticeable' unless you're really looking at it.

After doing all the hard stuff first, I finally used a can of compressed air on the keyboard, then swabbed each key with alchohol and Q tip and vacuumed with slotted attachment. Something was in there, not sure what, but so far, so good. Thanks!
