500w should be enough, which Corsair model though?

Also Seasonic is superior.

That power supply should suit your needs fine. It is larger than the recommended 450w PSU for a GTX 650 and has plenty of amps on the 12v rails.

The VS is Corsair's lowest quality power supply, and 650w is overkill.

The CX500 will be just fine for this build, but I wouldn't do too much overclocking.

Your Opinion do not match mine. Here Market works :)

Buyer should know some other available option. At last Buyer does whatever he/she want ;)

Corsair's VS series being low quality isn't an opinion, it's a fact, and so is the fact that 650w is overkill lol

The only reason I said not much overclocking is that the CX series isn't very high quality either, although perfectly fine for normal applications.

More Watts Reserve is good rather than having BSOD in Future due to lack of power :D

Considering this system will draw no more than 250w at peak load, even when overclocked, 500w is perfectly fine. There is no need for 400w of headroom.
