USB ports on motherboard aren't working anymore

So my USB ports on my motherboard stopped working yesterday and what happened was when I turned it on, the speakers made this weird beeping raygun sound effect sound (im not even joking here) and it turned off, so I turned it back on and it was running smoothly until the USB ports on my motherboard pooped out and the wireless adapter isnt working anymore even though i put it in the cases USB ports which I put the keyboard in mouse in after MOBO USB ports arent working I tried to do the restore program thing but nothings working, this is a new PC build in which I built last week.
The mother board is an ASUS Z87-K

Hi there,

You said that you heard a buzzing sound as you booted up your computer, from what I can see your computer has most likely under gone a static shock which took out your usb ports, only think that I can suggest is to use your warranty's (if you have one) or buy a new motherboard.
