Hello, a customer bring a pc with the following problem : When i try to power on the pc, its trying to start up, fans (even cpu fan) rotate for 2-3 times and its shutdown. So....
1)I test his psu with a tester, it was fine.
2)Even his psu pass the test i tried with a diferent new psu with more watts tha his old. I got the same shutdown
3)I check dimms, every dimm in every slot blah blah = nothing
4)Replace gpu with a new one (there is no onoard) = nothing
5)I leave the out the battery about 5-10 mins = nothing
6)Remove everything and try to boot with cpu and psu only = nothing
The problem is that i havent an other socket 1156 cpu or mobo to try each other.
Propably is cpu or mobo, but i cant call the customer and tell him that "propably" the problem is there.. anyone can specify the prob better than me?

coz its still a possibility. If im not wrong i think that socket 1156 withdrawed from stores after 6 months of its release coz a lot of probs. The last customer who bring us his pc with 1156 had the "loop problem". It was the motherboard and he send it for replacement. Im aftaid that without another 1156 mobo or cpu i cant be 100% sure -.- I think that this customer havent a guarantee, so bad news for him...
