So recently I have been having some problems with my PC which included file corruption on my SSD I couldn't figure out how to fix it so i ended up re-installing the OS and I completely cleaned up my storage HDD essentially clearing the PC or so i'd like to think.

Anyway today I have been setting up the PC again but I have ran in to a serious error; Windows logon: logonUI.exe entry point not found the procedure entry point could not be located in the dynamic link library msvcrt.dll.
This error started to pop up right after I installed 5 optional windows updates which I sadly can't find the names of right now because no page will load, for example when I click Windows Update it simply says The page failed to load and on top of that my PC is unable to connect to the Internet and it has lost all audio (no devices show up in hidden devices).

This is a list of my actions up to this error
1.Installed motherboard drivers (P45-Platinum) old one I know
2.Installed a bunch of Windows updates, then on one of the restarts the title error showed up when i started the PC.

So I figured to use the sfc /scannow utility it scans up to 26% stops there and tells me it cant repair the files although some are corrupt.

I was going to place the CBS.log in a spoiler below but was unable to due to the length. I have uploaded it here http:// If there is any preferred hosting site let me know.

Also one thing i'd like to add is that I am unable to system restore due to corrupted files. And all my points were magically deleted once the error showed up.

This is a similar problem to mine but sadly no sufficient answer was given by Microsoft.

I suspect this may be some worm or virus problem since this has persisted over formats. I am using diskpart for a optimized re-install of the OS hoping that it wont persist if it is indeed a worm.
