is it a laptop?

if your having performance issues verify you have proper drivers and i believe it would have rapid storage technology.
the 32mb is physical and embedded

maybe a intel expert has a trick for you if its a game your trying to play

you can try going into the BIOS and see if you can change the video memory from there.

windows will allocate more ram for the gpu as needed, there's nothing you can do about it... (except buying a graphics card if this is a desktop rig, laptops are out of luck)

This is the way the new integrated graphics systems works. It draws from the RAM as needed instead of being defined head of time. It seems to work pretty good. I have not had any problems with the very limited experience (one of the first things I bought for each of my machines was a new dedicated video card).

I'm trying to run Planet Explorers, do you think I can run it?

Best I can give you is 50/50... It looks fairly graphical in nature, but it has not been released so there is no mention of the requirements yet.
