My friend wants a PC for around that price. Hes going to get the processor at MicroCenter because you can bundle the Mobo and the Processor. Any suggestions? Here is the one I put together for him.
The reason the Motherboard says 0.00 is because you can get the motherboard and the processor for a 115 bundled.

You should look into a fm2 socket board and a athlon 2 750k processor, should be cheaper. Then get the corsair 430W PSU and see if a 750 or 750ti is within your budget.

Also, there is a difference between 1 8gb stick and 2 4gb sticks, with the latter performing better. So try to find a set of them at t a similar price.
