I recently started my first pc build, the pc works great except when I insert the graphics card it causes the pc to freeze while loading windows, and to reboot itself when windows does load. this happens every time the graphics card is in. but when I pull the card out the system runs fine and never freezes. Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

AMD A8-5600K APU with radeon HD graphics 3.60 GHz

8 GB PNY RAM two four gig sticks

Nvidia Geforce GT 610 1GB

MSI FM2-A75MA-E35 mobo

Corsair CX500 psu

my power supply is literally brand new I got it about a week ago along with all the other parts, its a very annoying issue because I cant play any of my games without the gpu and its the only one I have, its also the only part thats not brand new but everything else is new

so I got the drivers downloaded for the card but it still freezes up, but this time I was starting to play a game at least it loads windows now wich is a plus. when it freezes now, it is accompanied by a static/screech noise. I have no clue what to do with it

its the only old part in my build, my brother gave it to me and it worked in his pc, so im not sure if its the problem, does it sound more likely than the other components?
also my pc says im missing a pci device driver but I cant for the life of me find one anywhere, could that be causing the problem?
