The Gigabyte one. It has a higher clock speed, but other than that they are about the same but with different coolers. Also the Gigabyte version is $20 cheaper.

I'd go for the EVGA.

The reason is that EVGA overclocks their graphics cards. Other than that, go for the cheaper one.

Most coolers on the EVGA GFX cards direct hear directly out of the case. I think they overheat the rest less.

@space55 The EVGA 770 that the OP listed is not an SSC (Factory Overlocked) card. The Gigabyte one will stay pretty much just as cool and is cheaper, which is why I recommend it.
