corsair cmx3 1600 c11

i bought a corsair cmx 3 kit (2*4GB)1600 c11 over a set of ( 2*2GB) 1600c9 ... i found c11 memory latency is a bad choice (especially on low speed memory's) should i sell it?

Or if within the exchange period, return it, 1600/9 is considered entry level, 1600/11 is slow, can be outperformed by by a decent set of 1333/9 (and many 1333 sets come in tighter CLs also)

what am i doing :/ i bought a fx 4100 for replacing my phenom II 955 and a 7790 for 600$ ... please someone kill me as hard as possible
