for harddrives it doesnt come with sata cables?
so i have to buy one?

i heard the motherboard comes with cables so can you tell me if this comes with sata cables

OEM bulk = just the bare drive. No fancy packaging, no cables, no directions.

If I have a PC business, I don't need all of that. I have several bins FULL of cables. So why pay for more?

Depending on the specific motherboard, yes, it should come with SATA data cables.
If not, they are incredibly cheap to buy.

for a hard drive, OEM won't come with anything, even a box, it's usually bubble wrapped and that's it. But pretty much every motherboard comes with at least a couple cables, so you shouldn't need to buy one.
