Many of my games, either on Origin or Steam, won't allow me to play them. They start, the screen goes black and then they show running on the toolbar on the bottom of the screen but won't allow me to open. I have tried disabling the firewall, Running as admin, running in compatibility mode, disconnecting my second monitor, EVERYTHING I can think and search for on the internet even trying the solutions here on Tom's Hardware. However nothing has been working and I'm very frustrated. My computer is a Dell Inspiron One, the second monitor is my 39 inch Insignia tv, my graphics card is an nVidia 525m processor, 8GB of DDR3 1600 mHz ram, an Intel i5 2400s processor. The games ran fine on this computer a few days ago and nothing has changed. The only thing I can think of it that the games don't have access to changing the resolution so they won't show on-screen. I could be entirely wrong with this but that's about all I have.
