Your CPU will not be able to handle the graphic cards.

You would want to upgrade the processor first.
Two 770s wont really be a worthwhile upgrade, I would go two 780s or 780Tis at least.

8320 is a top end AMD processor. The 9370 is an extremely power hungry waste of money. Its an overclocked 8350 which is an overclocked 8320.
You would be better off getting the 8320, and spending the extra money saved on a nice cooler, and overclocking to the same performance.

Thanks for the info and your time. Made my decision easy. and a little cheaper. Also I am not looking to upgrade my graphics to much. am vary happy with what I have. I am pretty much trading. I play Iracing and dual amd wont run crossfire in Iracing. But Navidia will so I am switching cards.

That would work, single cards are better but that should work.

The 770s would pull about a 15-20% performance increase over the 290x.

I would opt for a single R9 290X, then go crossfire down the road once prices lower. The GTX 770 is a great card, but its price-to-performance ratio is not very good right now.
