$2300ish build. Is the a good build and how can I improve it? (No fanboy/girl AMD/Intel nonsense)

I am building my first gaming PC and was wondering if this is a good build. I'll be using the PC for gaming and video editing. Should I get a sound card to enhance my gaming experiance. If you guys have any suggestions, feel free to comment. Also, no bias in your responses when speaking AMD and Intel products CPUs. Thanks!

Might check on the mobo, not positive if it supports your CPU, think the GB only supports up to an 8350, the Asus Crosshair in the same price range is good to go though...otherwise, it's nice combo and all compatible
