Best minimum PSU for Crossfire 7970 and OC 8320?

Looking for a new power supply to run crossfire 7970s with my OC'd 8320, would prefer 80+ gold and fully modular, for the best price. Would 750w be enough or go 850? Options were XFX Pro 80+gold, modular or Corsair HX850/750 and AX760/860, would rather pay less so the AX series is near the top of my budget as I would like to stay under $150 The xfx pro 850 after rebate is $100 but i usually forget to send them in so would prefer no rebates.

Asked this before but would be using molex to 8 and 6 pin be fine with my current GS700 psu?

Solution
750w will likely work fine, but if you plan on doing some heavy overclocks on the cpu/gpu/gpu, then you will want an 850w. molex to 8/6pin connectors work fine.
Yeah id like to keep it around 850watt max and not go get a 1000w lol. If i overclock the gpus it will be from stock 950ish to a little over 1000mhz.

Molex to 6 and 8pin for the second card with my current psu would work or would a bronze 700watt be pushing it too hard? a new psu would have the required pci-e connectors

well your gs700 would still probably work but only until you put the cpu and both gpu's under a heavy stress load, then you may hit the ocp(over current protection). you will be cutting it very close with very little head room, especially if anything is overclocked. you could undervolt and underclock the gpus to run at near reference speeds if it makes you nervous.
