Streaming/ Rendering/ Recording PC

Solution
The reason it's only $400 is because the Motherboard and Graphics Card are not in stock and don't show prices.

It would be more along the lines of $600. You're not going to get a great Streaming/Editing/Recording PC for $400 regardless. If you are still interested at the $600-650 price range I can throw together a couple of possible builds for you.
