Ok so im looking to get back into gaming and i have my old mid grade home built pc

Intel Core i5-2500K Processor
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 Ti
Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. Z68MA-D2H-B3
64-bit Windows 7 (6.1.7600)
(2)4,096 MB G.Skill DDR3 @ 800 MHz

All base clock, no upgraded cooling.
I downloaded 3dmark11 and was hitting anywhere from 11 to 20 fps on their standard test.
Graphics Score 4457
Physics score 6568
Combined 4448

Im kind of new to all this so any help would be much appreciated on where to start upgrading, if overclocking would be better for value per dollar, my goal is a steady 30 fps on more demanding games such as bf4 if possible.

Md USA, and maybe 200-300 possibly a little more . The case to tell you the truth I have no idea it's a mid atx tower. It's large enough to sli, and not have any cooling issues, I really didn't want to go that route from just what I've been reading. I heard it's real patchy when games are first released. If you think a gpu upgrade would be the best bet I was looking at

Now since I play a wide selection of games, will different cards be more suited for different types of games, I'll be playing skyrim, ESO, BF4, metro last light resolution of 1920x1080
I also don't have the psu in front of me so I might need to upgrade that too.
