Cpu affect my pc's gaming?

My pc pentium dual core g2010 2.8ghz+4gb ram+nvidia geforce 210!
Replacing gpu with amd 6670!
I'll be able to run ac 3,black flag,max payne 3 and other latest games!
I'm on low budget 5500 rs($90-92)

your gpu will be the most concerned thing in gaming rather than your cpu. Your cpu won't give you any problem until your gpu can process. So, no need to worry about cpu. Still you can have difficulty playing games on higher resolutions i.e. more than 720p and am not sure if you can play all latest games though. If you really want to get going with your gaming better, i would at least recommend you HD 7770 card:
