Laptop does not want to connect for some strange reason

Hello everyone
My windows 8 hp just doesnt want to connect. I turned on and off the laptop and the router but still nothing. It works on other devices like my cell phone but the laptop is saying theres no internet access available. Please help! Thank you in advance!

Try forgetting the network on your computer and then reconnecting to it. If that doesn't work, it's most likely your Wi-Fi drivers need updated. Connect your computer with an Ethernet cable and navigate to the correct website (HP, Intel, etc) to verify you have the latest device drivers for your network adapter. You can find the make and model of your Wi-Fi adapter in the device manager.
