Guys please let me know if this Pc build is good for gaming, 3d modelling & rendering if not suggest me one.

MOBO - gigabyte H87M-D3H
CPU - intel xeon E3 1245 v3
RAM - corsair vengeance 4gb x 2
SSD - kingston 120 gb
HDD - WD 2TB CAVIAR BLACK
GPU - sapphire DUAL x R9 270X 4 GB GDDR5 OC EDITION

Solution

It's overkill because you only need a PSU of 450-550 watts, so you're paying extra for something you will never need nor use, unless you're getting another R9 270X for crossfire.
With graphics work and 3D Modeling you will need more RAM. I recommend at least 8GB - for work or gaming- and for your work requirements 16GB is not unreasonable.
If the amount of video ram PER video card is 4GB, that might be overkill for 1080P monitor; but barely enough if you are going to run 2-3 monitors or are considering going all out with an IPS panel 4K monitor. That much vram Will help with the graphical and 3D work you will be doing.
Eduello is correct with the last question; What PSU are you getting?

Yes, the GPU is good, the size of it's memory (2 vs 4 GB) only really matters if you have over two 1080p screens or your single monitor is over 1440p.
