Can I change my processor??

Hello all,
I am from India. I have a HP-1318ax laptop with AMD A4 processor. But it is slow and the motherboard heats up very early. The dealer enticed me by telling about 8GB ram in the laptop. But I am not satisfied with the performance. The motherboard heats up due the blockage of heat sink I know.
My question is that, Can I upgrade my laptop with an intel i3 3rd gen core processor or any new intel processor instead of this AMD A4 processor in my laptop. Please help.

There really is not a chip to even suggest. Laptop's are build for the components that are in them and with the exception of things like memory hard drives and such are not user replicable for the most part. Sorry there is nothing you can really do to fix that. If it is still under warranty then return it and get a different model.

Thnk u both.....for the suggestions but @Someone Somewhere I want to ask that which chip should I buy as @getignited My Dad won't allow me to buy a new laptop as I was the convict who bought it from the showroom alone of my choice as they assume.
Please suggest me which chip should I buy???
