I am wanting to buy a GTX770 card, and I would like some advice on the best one to get in relation to gaming?

Also, should I only get the 2GB version and is the card compatible with my system?

My current CPU is a "AMD Phenom(tm) II X4 955 Processor (4C 3.2GHz, 2GHz IMC, 4x 512kB L2, 6MB L3)". This is not much different than the "Intel Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor" stats. Is it worth buying a new CPU? What increase in performance would I experience?

Can someone please tell me what Single Link and Dual Link is? Here is a comparison between two cards that I am looking at "http://pricespy.co.nz/product.php?j=1952160,1952152." The Gigabyte card does not have Single Link. Is this important?
