Is it advisable that i get
Kingston HyperX Blu DDR3 4 GB PC RAM
Asus m5a97 mother board
AMD 3.5 AM3+ FX 6-Core Edition FX-6300 Processor
330 w psu
Asus nvidia geforce en210 1gb ddr3 gpu

Ps. I will upgrade my gpu to r9 270x and psu to cx 430 later on but for now will this build bottleneck on this low end gpu and power supply

Solution
Your CPU will not be able to bottleneck that GPU in your current setup. And it should be decently balanced when you put in the r9 270x. But for now the only bottleneck in your system is your systems GPU when you are gaming. Your upgrade will fix that. So yes it will on the GPU. A powersupply really isn't a bottleneck point unless you are overclocking or it can't handle the powerdraw of the system.

But as a piece of advice I would upgrade your memory after you do your GPU upgrade as 4GB can become a system bottleneck in recent games.
