The stuff that comes with the cooler would be perfectly fine.

However, I strongly recommend a different PSU. Thunders are pretty useless. Get a decent 500W+ one from the second link in my sig.

I'd also suggest getting a decent air cooler instead of a CLLC - cheaper, quieter, and often better performing. E.g. Noctua NH-D14.

You may want a better GPU, too.
