Will this work well and is it all compatible?

Im probably going to overclock CPU mildly and gpu heavily

3x 1080p 24 inch monitors in surround
EVGA GTX 780ti Superclocked (Air cooled)
Asrcok Extreme9 X79 Motherboard
Core i7 4820k
128 GB SSD
2 TB HDD
Corsair CX 750w semi-Modular PSU
Corsair h105 Liquid cooler
Corsair SP120 quit edition fans for case and h105
Thermaltake A31 Case
Crucial Ballistix Tactical 4x 4GB RAM (1600 Mhz)

Trying to run the latest titles at 3x 1080p with ultra settings and max AA
with 60+ FPS
if the 780ti cant do that then i shall get two

Good build? and suggestions?
Also its alot of money so would like to know if these parts are compatible...

Thanks

Any other motherboards you would recommend? i dont really like the colours used on the sabertooth, they look like a browny greeny :/

Im going for a black case with black components, then getting blue LEDs around the window, so its a black and blue theme
Thats why I looked at the asrock (black and silver)

what about:
Gigabyte GA-X79-UD3
MSI X79A-GD45 Plus

Ive looked at the asrock motherboard and it has everythnig I wanted, including colour theme :/
What exacly is iffy about these motherboards?

Yes I've had a look around and the CX PSU's arent the best, think im going to go get the RM1000
Forgot about the power for the second GPU if i was gonna get one

First, out of the two motherboards you have suggested, I would pick the Gigabyte
Secondly, even though the new AsRock motherboards are all right, they have the highest return rate because of failure. Just a thought
