I cant find graphic settings in BIOS

I have a Bios V1.23 and I cant find how to change the dedicated graphic memory
My pc is:
HP dc7900 small form factor
4680 Mb ram
total graphic memory is 2 gb
dedicated graphic memory is 64mb
shared graphic memory is 1800 mb
I am planning to upgrade my ram to 8 gb
should I buy a new graphic card or this one cant be increased

You can not change the graphics memory. The ram sharing between graphics and windows is handled automatically.
