Windows 8 not starting/auto reapair fails

Upon booting my computer it goes straight into diagnose/auto repair which is not working.The options given to me e.x. refresh,start cmd,system restore e.t.c. says i have to log in as admin to use. I thought I was the admin,I am the only user. So as of now I can not get my OS to start and I dont have an option of trying to self fix because of the admin problem. Please help I wanna get my gaming on =) Its a prebuilt desktop from ibuypower with windows 8 preinstalled,bought last year. if anymore info is need please let me know and ill update

Guessing you didn't create a recovery disk/drive?
Refer to your Manual to see if there's a Recovery Partition on the HDD.
If not, you'll need to create Repair disk on a PC running the same flavour of Windows as your Desktop (8 or 8.1) Not sure why you can't use CMD prompt from Advanced options, unless it requires you to log in on a M'soft Account.
Anyway, a repair disk won't present that problem, once in Advanced options try running sfc /scannow from the CMD prompt to see if it will correct any corrupt Windows files.
To create a disk/drive simply type 'Create' at your Start screen and all will be revealed. Enter Setup (BIOS) and make your Repair disk/drive as 1st boot device. Power on and sequence through Trouble shooting etc. to the...

Need more info. Is your rig self build Desktop, Laptop, is Windows self installed from disk, pre loaded???

i updated more info,im also very new to forums and windows 8 OS (well updated to 8.1 now i belive) Would system specs also help?
