What happened to my ssd?!

What happened to my ssd? My custom computer(Linux) has been running fine since we built it 2 years ago, but then everything showed up as not working yesterday(couldn't open files). I tried restarting it and it just basically said restart with proper boot devise. I went to the bios and it shows my ssd as a bootable drive but won't boot. I tried updating the firmware through ocz ( vertex 3) but it doesn't see it to update it. I've tried different sata cables, different slots, and even different power cables. What's happening?!

I think it is time to call OCZ and try to get an RMA (Return Authorization) under warranty. The one they return will have no data on it.

There is some small chance it could be your power supply, go into the bios and tell us

+12 Volts: (Actual Voltage Here)
+5 Volts: (Actual Voltage Here)
+3.3 Volts: (Actual Voltage Here)

How long is it warrantied for? I've had it since 2011-12

On Newegg most of the OCZ SSD have a warranty of 3 years.

Those are good voltages, I think it is time to call OCZ.
