My downloads via browsers suddenly became very slow (less than 10kbps).
Images also take longer to load (manga reader sites, google images, etc.)
If I use IDM, the download speed is fine.
My streaming is also fine.
My speedtest too is fine.
Any downloads not via the browsers are fine.
Scanned using windows defender(win 8), none found.
Any ideas?
P.S. I tested both IE and Chrome. I don't have firefox.
