hello i am trying to update my bios to the latest version in order to use my +3800 x2 chip.
unfortunately its says ''program file bios lock string does not match''
the current bios is 3.6, I'm pretty sure its retail not an oem like hp but I'm not ruling it out.
brought the board separately from a friend and cant find if its oem or not but hps update system will not work either
any ideas any one? would be great if i could get both my cores working. thanks in advance
