lga 1155 socket doubt

hello friends.

i had a trouble. i planned to upgrade my motherboard and my processor of my old computer so that it could play at least some games i did not want to spend much money on that computer since it was practically useless so i was thing of buying second hand motherboard and part. luckily i found a motherboar with lga 1155 socket type being sold nearby for a really cheap rate but then i realised that i would not get any second hand processor using lga 1155 coz its realtivey new in india and no one would sell it now. i also don't want to spend money on buying new one. so my doubt was this shud i buy a lga 775 socket type motherboard whose processor is easily available but is liitle more costlier as well as less powerful or can put an older generation processor in newr motherboard

I don't agree with you.
1) The lga775 is old and they will be more expensive because you hard to find and I don't recommend to buy the 2nd hand CPU or MB too.

3) So think about get the i3 + H61 MB. Or AMD FX cpu / AM3+ MB.

bro to say truth in india lga 775 is mor ecommon and also i want to but 2nd hand parts coz its for a stupid pc only. anyway im going for lga 775+ core 2 duo. anyway i had a doubt it was that i fould a deal where mobo with p4 processor was sold at cheap rate but prob was i did not need p4 instead a core2duo so i thought i would remove p4 and install core2duo but the prob is that there are two combos. one has a pinless p4 while other has pinned p4 don't know which is suitable for a core 2 duo. thanks in advance for reply
