my specs are

Cpu: Phenom 955 BE @3.6ghz

RAM: 3 x 4gb vengeance ddr3

MOBO: m5a78l / M usb 3

Graphics Card: GTX650TI-DC2O-1GD5 - Asus

HDDs + SSD: 1x 120 gb sandisk extreme 2x 500gb seagate pipeline hd and 1x 320gb 7200 WD

Fans: Artic cool f12 x3

my cpu is 4 pin atx 12v and my graphics card is 6 pin and my mobo is 24 pin will this psu be safe and work good?

If your motherboard only has a 4-pin CPU header then you only need to plug in one of the 4 pin cables.
