Contacting Corsair for support or RMA?

So I have another thread going about issues I'm having with an H100i and Corsair Link software and the problems I'm having submitting a ticket to customer service/ technical support and it was suggested that I simply call Corsair to deal with this problem over the phone instead of using online tools.

The thing is the only contact number I can find is for sales/media.

I was going to try their Live Chat but apparently there are no agents to take questions and my request is canceled immediately.

If I can't submit a question ticket, or an RMA, or contact support via Live Chat how do I get in touch with them? Any ideas?

Thanks Tradesman1. That's where you go to submit a ticket or RMA request or contact support via Live Chat.

So far every time I try to submit a tech support ticket or RMA, after entering all pertinent (required) details then selecting the product, the submit button disappears = not possible to submit a ticket or RMA that way.

Nah, sites not down. The problem is on my end. Their site has compatibility issues with Internet Explorer (or vice versa). Running in compatibility (or using FireFox or Chrome) solves the issue. (applies to submit button disappearing and Live Chat not finding anyone). Also, this info isn't posted anywhere, the on-phone tech support guy gave it to me :)

Just got off the phone with support, they had some advise that I'll post in my other thread about the issues.

Thanks again Tradesman1, the number was on the site but I missed it... probably because I'm stressing more than I should and broke a rule by not paying as much attention as I should.
