If OP is going to use "SLEEP MODE" in his PC then it might cause a BSOD
It's not a problem most of certified PSU's made before "Haswell" CPU's and they work perfectly if it will cause instability he can disable C6/C7 states in BIOS and PSU will work perfectly!

But if OP will worry about "Haswell" PSU here is "Haswell" compatible build!
