I get black screen when i go into desktop on win 8

I can start my pc normally, log in, and then when i press the desktop button i get a blackscreen with moveable cursor and then it goes to the log in screen again and i can this again and nothing happens. I can't search or click anything else it does the same thing.

can you post a screenshot possibly? with a camera of your phone or something of the point before you click anything on the desktop? also, after you log in, before you click anything, can you open the task manager by pressing CTRL+ALT+DEL?

I can't get task manager i can press Ctrl+alt+del and then i when i press task manaager it goes black. and the thing before it goes black screen is in the normal windows 8 menu right when you log in and then if i press any of them like store or desktop it just goes black and returns to the log in screen again.

ok, any information of before this happened? did you just wake up and it was that way after working normally? fresh install of windows 8? upgraded from 7?

the more information we can get, the better
