I have a 520w and ill get a fx 8320 too, it will be fine, i did research, so yea it will but the 990fx will be slightly better for ocing. But 970 is still fine

Agree with bignastyid, Change that board ASAP.

That's still the 760g, downgrade the psu to a seasonic s12ii 520 or something like that (dont go under 500w) and get a better mobo.
