Please list all of your parts, including the brand and model (not just wattage) of the PSU. Is the motherboard mounted on standoffs or raised bumps?

Is this a new build or a current working system that stopped. If current working system, you should contact the maker if under warranty OR go to the maker's website for their step by step. Can be anything from the CPU died, RAM went bye bye, to just remove the 'BIOS Battery and reseat' to fix it.

If this is a NEW build, BREADBOARD BREADBOARD BREADBOARD. Always do the step by step build (WINDOWS is always last), as we have NO clue which part DOES work and which part DOES NOT you would need to start from square 1 and build up to determine which part is broken. Remove ALL parts from the case and take all parts off the motherboard. Take mobo place on mobo cardboard box or a piece of wood. Reinsert the CPU, and ONE RAM ONLY in the MOBO designated 1st slot (usually slot 0), connect the Power switch from case to mobo, and the PSU to the mobo. If you have onboard video connect that to the screen, if not insert the GPU (DO NOT connect GPU if you have onboard). Now power on, does it show BIOS?
If NO, then the Mobo, CPU, RAM (or GPU) is broke. Switch the RAM to another spot, try again, repeat on each slot till it either works or doesn't. If it doesn't ever work try the second RAM stick same process. Can you get BIOS ever?
If no, then remove the RAM stick, when you power on does it give the BEEP pattern listed in the Mobo manual for missing / problem with RAM? If not then the issue is the Mobo is fried / defective. If it works correctly, then place the RAM into the mobo and remove the CPU, Does the mobo beep problem/ missing CPU? If it does then your CPU is the problem, if not then back again Mobo is hosed.
