MSI GTX 770 OC GPU usage

I've problems with my GTX 770. I have been using MSI Afterburner and I can see that my GPU usage is always between 80-99% in all games I play (League of Legends, Portal, TERA).

But the temperatur is constant 45-47C and the power is 29%.

I have been trying to overclock, unpack my cores etc. My processor does go higher then 60% ingame but my GPU is almost constant 99% until my computer crash.

Anyone?

Specs:
GPU: MSI GTX 770 OC
CPU: Intel i5-4570
Memory: 8GB DDR3 1600Mhz
PSU: 650w

(PS: My english is horrible)

What frame rates do you get when your GPU is 80-99% if you are getting good frame rates then that means your GPU is doing more than is necessary and you could turn on VSync to limit the max FPS so the GPU doesn't end up doing all that extra work.

45-47 does seem rather low for temperatures though

I'll try to run on the V-sync.

Yup, my computer starts freezing a couple of times before it eventually stops and I have to turn it off. Maybe 15-20 minutes after I launch a game.
The psu model is a Corsair CS 650M.

Well one reason that my card had problems at first was that I didn't put in all the pins into the card. Another is that I crash if I overclock my GPU too much or my RAM had problems when I overclocked that too much.
