Don't know what you did or how you did it and we can't "over a forum" walk you through as we have no clue what your Internet Provider is, what they require you to do, etc. If you look IN the MANUAL there is a HELP NUMBER, call that for the device and they can walk you through thier process for the device and help you 'right over the phone' fix it.
