I've been switching off between two cards. The R9 280x and the R9 290 (no x). I cant find any video comparisons between the two cards and am not sure which would give the best performance. I want to play demanding games like BF4, Crysis 3, Farcry3, ect and get 50+ FPS on 1080p Ultra settings. Is there a huge difference between the two cards to go throw out another hundred dollars for the 290 or should I just stick with the 280x?
