does anyone know what the voltages for the brown wire on the plug going to the graphics card? or does anyone know where to get a schematic that tells me what the voltages are positive and negative for the plug on the card itself? I need help please!

Are you talking about the wire that goes to the fan? The card itself shouldn't have any actual wires coming off of it other than the 3 or 4 pin connector that connects the board to the fan for it's power. Or are you talking about the little adapter that comes with it that plugs into the power plug on the top of the card? That should be pretty much nothing as it's just meant to sense whether a 6 pin or 8 pin plug is inserted. You can refer to this diagram for that:
